VACANT RENTAL PROGRAM (VRP)

The City of Buffalo, in partnership with the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA), is thrilled to announce the launch of our Vacant Rental Program (VRP), aimed at supporting the rehabilitation of approximately 30 vacant rental units.

This program is designed to address the growing demand for affordable housing in Buffalo by helping rental property owners transform vacant, uninhabitable units into safe, high-quality, and affordable long-term rental homes.

Together, we're building a better Buffalo—one rental unit at a time!
